Shipping

Shipping costs for orders within New Zealand will be included in your invoice. Mint Moon assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred to items during postage or courier delivery. For international orders, a separate fee will be added to the invoice, and the amount may vary depending on the specific region.

Proofing and Returns

All orders are required to be approved by our clients prior to production. Mint Moon takes no responsibility for mistakes made on orders that our clients have approved for production. We recommend that orders are checked and any mistakes reported within 7 days of delivery. Mint Moon will rectify any mistakes at the clients expense within 7 days of mistakes being reported. We will rectify any mistakes caused by Little Paper Store at our expense. After 7 days Mint Moon will not take responsibility for any mistakes and will consider the order completed. 

Payment Payment and Contact

Secure bank transfer is the accepted method of payment. Payment will be debited at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter. By making a payment for either your deposit or full order, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to Mint Moon’s complete Terms and Conditions.

Full payment is required upon the approval of your order for print. Once the printing process has commenced, order cancellation is not possible. Prices are subject to change, and any unpaid invoices will accrue a penalty interest of 5% per month. Accounts not settled within the stipulated terms and conditions will be forwarded to a collection agent for necessary action. All associated collection costs will be added to the account once it has been handed over to the collection agent. The title of goods remains with Mint Moon until full payment is received. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars.

International Purchase

Purchases made outside New Zealand may incur an import tax or duty once orders are dispatched, prior to the clients receiving their goods. This fee is wholly the responsibility of the client. Mint Moon cannot be held responsible or liable for any additional fees charged by the government or any other authorities. We advise the client to check if any of these will apply before ordering.

Copyright

All copyright is wholly owned and reserved by Mint Moon. No part may be reproduced in whole or part or stored without written permission. Under no circumstances can any of our products be resold without written permission beforehand.

Liability

If Mint Moon fails to deliver the order for any reason other than an event/reason beyond Caitlin and Andrea’s reasonable control, or through the fault of the customer, Mint Moon is liable to the customer. Mint Moon’s liability shall be limited to the invoice price of the goods.

Mint Moon shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed in breach of the agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform any of Mint Moon’s obligations in relation to the goods if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Mint Moon’s reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as causes beyond Mint Moon’s reasonable control:

• Act of God, explosion, flood tempest, fire or accident, pandemic.
• War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition.
• Acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of governmental, parliamentary or local authority.
• Import or export regulations or embargoes.
• Strikes, lock-outs or any other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of Mint Moon or of a third party).
• Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts, or machinery.
• Power failure or breakdown in machinery.

What type of information we collect?

To fulfil your order at Mint Moon, you must provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal wedding information to customise your wedding stationery.

Use of imagery

If you have placed an order with us, we may from time to time use examples of completed works to showcase on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest) or on our own website (www.mintmoonstationery.com). By completing a purchase from us, you are consenting to us using these images; we will always ensure that no personal details (such as emails, addresses, home addresses and phone numbers) are displayed in pictures on our website or on the third party websites listed above. We ensure that your wedding stationery items will not be used on any social media or on the Mint Moon website before you have sent out your items to your own guests and spoil your surprise for them.

If you would like us to remove any imagery of personalised products relating to your purchases or opt out of having your items being used by Mint Moon, please contact us and we will remove these immediately.

Information sharing and disclosure

Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies, fulfilment companies or printing companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

Cookie policy

We use cookies to help remember and process the items in the shopping cart. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (like Internet Explorer, Chrome) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser’s Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you disable cookies some features will be disabled. However, you can still place orders.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the change(s) on the Mint Moon website.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. However, due to the custom nature of our stationery products, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

• Before Production Begins: If you wish to cancel your order before the production process has started, we will issue a 60% refund of the total amount paid. This deduction covers material and design costs incurred.
• After Production Has Started: Once production has begun, we are unable to offer any refunds, as the materials and customization process are already in progress.
