When should we send out our invitations?

When it comes to wedding invitations, the conventional practice is to dispatch them 3-4 months ahead of your wedding date, but there are no rigid guidelines. If you anticipate guests travelling from overseas or out of town, it is recommended to provide them with additional notice, ensuring they have ample time to make necessary arrangements.

How long does the process take?

Upon approval of your order, anticipate a timeframe of 1-2 weeks for revisions and approximately 1-2 weeks for the printing, assembly, and delivery of your stationery. Should the revision process conclude sooner, the delivery of your order may also be expedited depending if there has been a complete payment.

Next, make an inquiry by clicking on our quote form button. If you're unsure about your preferences, feel free to send an email with your thoughts. Once we receive the details of your event, we can advise whether our collection or a custom design would be the most suitable choice for your requirements.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, for wedding stationery, the minimum order quantity is 40 units, and for Celebration Stationery, it is 10 units. Although we are willing to cater to smaller quantities, it's important to be aware that this may lead to a higher unit price.

Can I request samples?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide paper samples, but rest assured, we are actively working on making this option available. We assure you that the product you receive will meet our high-quality and your standards.

What types of paper do you use? 

We offer our designs on three types of paper: uncoated bright white, satin coated natural white, and textured cream. If you desire a specific colour, simply include your preference in the quote form, and we will inform you of its availability.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the customised nature of our orders, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. It's important to be aware that refunds will not be issued for colour variations between online proofs and the final printed product or for grammatical/spelling errors once the final proof has been confirmed.

Can I see a proof before ordering?

Absolutely! We offer digital proofs sent via email to ensure every detail meets your expectations. If you prefer a printed proof, please note that an additional fee will apply.
